We ordered the brushed gold faucet without the extras ( no extender, no LED, no touchless) a few months ago and we love it! I remark on how much I love this faucet almost every day. It was easy to install, it feels sturdy and smooth to operate. It is a beautiful brushed gold colour that compliments our black sink. We are very happy with it and bought another one yesterday in stainless steel for another kitchen. Customer service is fantastic. Shipping was fast. No complaints. ** we dont like the style of the long pull out hoses (with the undersink weight) and found it a bit confusing as to which ones are which and had to send back an order to be replaced by the one without the extended hose feature as they look exactly the same in the pictures. We think the faucet described as Spring Kitchen is supposed to be the shorter hose, but we got sent the longer pull out style even when we ordered the spring kitchen version. It would be very helpful if they clarified this difference to help customers make the right choice. We will see how long it lasts. If it does last a nice long time, I am buying these from now on!!
