Our sink is in our kitchen island and we would end up with water on the countertop all around the faucet and sometimes “rivers” spreading along the island from everyone turning water off with wet hands. Getting a touch faucet solved this problem and once we got used to it, it’s so easy to use and a lot more convenient than a traditional faucet. This model looks nice in our modern home, works well (no issues using the batteries so far), and I would 100% recommend to anyone considering a touch faucet. It senses even the slightest taps, but isn’t over-sensitive either. It knows the difference between a touch and a grab so it won’t turn on (or back off) if you’re just moving the head or wiping it off to clean it.Nice item, however expensive. I had problem with installation, because the water temp light could not be installed to Ben in the front, is sideways… it just did not work to install otherwise. Too bad, is a nice item, well built, with safety feature to avoid water hose to be disconnected as other models. I bought before a different model, nice, chipper and within a day it flooded my kitchen because the water hose is not secure, installed only bu hand pressure. So be aware of that. This unit has a bracket to hold the water supply hose in place.choosing this faucet. It's beautiful and works like a charm, but if your sink is on an island and you reach behind the faucet, it turns on constantly when you brush it. Still, it is slick to be able to clean vegetables without constantly dripping water around the faucet handle or wasting water between carrots or whatever.Good value for the money. I'm waiting to see how long the 6 batteries last. If it's too short, I plan to put in a hard wired connection.Now I'd do anything to get rid of this horrible faucet. Its hot water seems to mess the faucet up so it simply quits giving ANY water. You can touch, turn the facet on and off, and wait to your heart's content but still no water comes out of it until it decides to give you any water. What a piece of crap--it seemed like a good idea but don't waste your money or your time!Poorly engineered and poorly put together. Forget touch faucets unless you like a wet sleeve when you don't need water and unless you like to take long breaks while doing dishes or unless you want to go back to carrying water to rinse your dishes. I've been keeping track--the batteries last 2-3 months only. Beware of this glitzy, expensive product!This faucet was for my kitchenDoes everything it claims to do. A few things to note: the weight used to retract the nozzle could be heavier, or perhaps it is just how I have it installed, since I usually have to help it back into its return position. There is a lot going on under my sink (battery pack, disposal, outlet for dishwasher and pipes) so the weight can't move freely. The battery pack does not have a bracket to keep it in place - it is loose. The water also automatically shuts off after a minute or two which can be annoying if you are washing dishes by hand.I love the color indicator at the base for temperature of the water. It's one of those things I didn't know it had and I'm pleasantly surprised at how often I look at it when using the faucet.The color/finish is perfect for my kitchen and the style is timeless, so I don't have to worry about it looking dated in a few years.No complaints so far.I bought this faucet to replace a similar one I had that failed (the solenoid). Although I considered just replacing the failed part, after seeing all the “crud” in the system from my hard water, I opted fir the new faucet. The new one looks much like the old one however it is much more touch-sensitive and has a visible temperature gauge (although I can pretty much tell the temperature by sticking my finger in the water…). The faucet handle is different as well but that’s not an issue. In these days of supply chain issues a lot of vendors are just out of products so I was happy to find what I needed at Amazon and was able to get overnight delivery. Other than it being a bit pricey, the installation was surprisingly tedious, considering a professional plumber was doing the job. But I still give this faucet an absolute thumbs up!I love the style, color and function of this product. 5 stars!We had a cheap version that stopped working properly, after about a month. Since I also want value, I thought the most expensive version of touch faucet would fit the bill. You get what you pay for! Slightest touch, great faucet!After receiving this product, we noticed two manufacturer defects on the neck of the faucet. We contacted Amazon right away and they sent us a brand new faucet asap.
