Matte Black 8" Widespread Bathroom Faucet with Drain - for Sink & Vanity

Put this faucet in the bathroom. Faucet came with supply lines already attached. Instructions were a little lacking. Works better than I was expecting and looks great.I really like the way this faucet gave my sink a new look. It is taller than my last faucet, making it more convenient to fill up larger cups or my watering can. It appears to be made well and was not hard to install.We really like it. What we didn't think about is if the water puddles at the spout we worry it may start hard water marks, and with that just might be alittle bit harder to keep clean. Overall good deal, nice looking faucet.The faucet looks great. Installs the same as any other faucet. The biggest issue is that the clear coat is coming off on the pop up and in the waterfall portion that water flows through. It’s not calcium or lime, I tried CLR just in case. We’re on municipal water that is not at all hard. Upon closer inspection the clear coat finish is flaking off only on surfaces that the water regularly touches. I’m just going to strip the clear coat from those surfaces and see how that goes.My husband and I purchased this in a hurry knowing we were to have a home appraisal and needed a faucet immediately. Amazon was the best place for that considering the current mail delays nationwide. I chose this option because it had the farm theme that went with my bathroom. It wasn't as copper-y as some of the other available antiqued bronze options. I found the color to be much more favorable on this one and the finish did not disappoint in person. My major complaint was the drain gave us problems. To be honest i think it still leaks. Now remember, we needed this in a hurry and it was a complete wet with drain so it was a good deal. If I had the option and time I would have opted for namebrand. Since the appraisal, we have been keeping an eye on this as we know that it does leak water under the sink. I considered returning it, but after placing it on, it seems like such a hassle to return it. Probably better if I do, I am still undecided if anything can be done to repair the leak under the sink. I should add, we installed two sets of Vigo faucets prior to this purchase without issues, so we do have a clue what we are doing.For what I needed it for, it was worth the price because having the sink updated certainly gave me more than the $100 I paid for it towards my home value, but realistically as something receiving daily use I expect it to need replacing after a year or two.Given the market on home improvement products right now this was a good buy.I ordered two of these faucets and I love them. I did have a water flow issue with one and 8 months after install I reached out to the manufacturer who was nice enough to immediately send me a replacement faucet at no charge. The replacement faucet was easy to install, and I now have great water flow again!!
