I just installed it this past weekend. I was very surprised by the weight of the product; it is heavy and very sturdy. It feels very high end for the price I paid. And the handles are very smooth and tight. It is not loose like most product in this price range. The faucet was very heavy, which means it is very good quality. When I installed it, it made my bathroom look fancier than it did before. I highly recommend!
